MM6/778 – The Church in N.Z. Society

What is a world-­view? The local and global world-­‐views at work in New Zealand are examined. Biblical, theological, and historical models of being church in society are considered. There is a critical appreciation of contemporary responses by New Zealand churches to society in light of the understanding gained from a range of seminal thinkers. Prerequisite: 30 credits in Bible & Theology OR Permission of Dean of Studies.
